PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
What was it about Chicago in the mid-late 1960s that produced so much snarling, punky garage rock? Having collected here for 40+ years I've been VERY privileged with somewhat of an embarrassment of riches lurking in the city's basements and attics. If you've never heard this 45 stop reading and find yerself a sound clip of Tall Grass. See what I mean? Dynamite hard Nuggets-style garage-y Chicago fuzz that gets collectors of this stuff salivating. Barely released in 1968 on the tiny Farenheit label, who managed this sole release in their nanosecond of a lifespan, this particular pressing is a promotional copy with D.J. stamp on side A!!! Vinyl is VG- visually only with some light scuffs, only one in the dead wax on side B that can be felt. Plays nicely. Promotional side A is marked with two small Xs. Only two of these have come up for sale in the last six years so don't sleep garage fuzz collectors. It will be a long time before another surfaces.

GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
