Pink Floyd Mega Rare **Pristine Nr Mint** 1979 UK Double 1st Pressing ‘The Wall’ by Pink Floyd!!! Stunning Example of Earliest UK 1st Pressing Complete w/ Mega Rare 1st Issue ‘Transparent Sticker’, Die Cut Inner Sleeves & 1st Issue 1 Piece Gatefold Sleeve!!! A Mega Rarity As A Fully Complete 1st Press – Especially in Nr Mint Condition!!!

I know my 1st press records very well and won’t bore you with pages and pages of waffle telling you all the intricacies of why this is the earliest UK 1st press. I’ll just say that it has the original 1st issue transparency sticker, both die-cut (rounded edge) stiff carded inner sleeves and original cream coloured UK 1st issue Roger Scarfe-designed Garrod & Lofthouse gatefold sleeve that has only one seam join (along the top – meaning the sleeve was made from just one whole piece of card; not two pieces like all later issues) and leave it at that. Those who will be interested in this will know from that, that it is the earliest UK 1st pressing. Another thing that marks this out as a really special record is the condition – It is simply stunning!!! This has been played once before from new to record and then safely archived away. Nr mint does not do it justice!!!! It is really in solid **Mint** condition!!! Both discs have beautiful pristine glass-like playing surfaces. Both are totally unblemished with not even a wispy paperline!!! Nothing – they are stone-cold mint!! Comes complete with beautiful stiff Nr Mint 1st issue gatefold sleeve!!! Both 1st issue thick carded die-cut printed inner sleeves have none of the common seam wear splitting; both are Nr Mint!!! The discs will be shipped to you in replacement poly-lined inner sleeves to prevent any wear during transit of the original inners. The sticker is also mint and has very little of the usual yellowing or creasing!!! A pristine example of a very rare record, you will never see another especially in this kind of pristine NR MINT condition! Don’t miss it!!!

I have recently reluctantly decided to sell my 1960’s & 70’s UK Near Mint Psych/Prog/Rock & Folk 1st press vinyl collection. I am a serious collector and know my vinyl, and all records have been hand selected by me over the years. I have only ever picked records of the utmost quality and rarity for my vintage collection. All records have been safely housed in thick PVC sleeves and professionally archived.

I am very fussy about my records and have only selected the rarest UK 1st pressings over the years. Many, if not most of my records have only been played once to record and then archived never to see the light of day again, until now.
