Description
Very RARE Pink Floyd A SAUCERFUL OF SECRETS.
This record was bought, played and owned by my father. Recently we discovered them all in his flight cases and all now need a new home.
I have tried to research this one, using the http://www.pinkfloydarchives.com/.
This was his pride and joy!
He even wrote his nick-name the back. In Felt Pen! Please see Pic for pen lettering.
This is the First ever pressing with 1ST MONO Issue.
REALLY RARE AND VERY SCARCELY AVAILABLE.
With very rare misspelling of Gilmore and "Let There Me More Light."

Release Date: June 29, 1968 Release Information: First mono issue on a black Columbia label with a blue Columbia trademark logo. Gilmour is written as "GILMORE" on both the record label and cover. Some early labels were printed with the misspelling "Let There Me More Light."

The Vinyl I would say is in good condition for its age (marks and surface hairline scratches are evident ) as he has told me he used to play it occasionally as he had later issues. The sleeve I would say is in good condition with the spine being clearly legible. Some rub wear on the corner, as can be seen in the pics.
I don't posses a record player and thus no means to test it. But judging on appearance alone it looks in good condition. Please take into account that this record is 47 years old, and some sound quality may of been lost.
So please bid with all this in mind and if you need me to find any more info in places I am not checking please let me know as any winning bidder must appreciate that I am not a Vinyl expert but have tried to do my best.
