Description
PINK FLOYD: A Saucerful Of Secrets, UK Columbia SCX 6258 1968 orig. first pressing. Matrix ends -1, -1, stampers 1R, 1 A - so one of the earliest first pressings around. Disc is in superb EX++ to Nr MINT visual condition, with 2-3 ultra faint surface hairlines, being completely invisible in most kinds of light. Has that immediate mint look. The disc plays superbly, perfectly Nr MINT all the way. Even in the quietest parts it plays with no noise!!! This may be as close to a mint disc you'll get in a long time. COVER is EXCELLENT(+), with no significant flaws aside from a couple of light creases on back flaps, resulting a a bit of lamination lifting on those flaps. Front cover has a coupe light creases too. Aside from the flaps mentioned, back cover is perfect. Spines are near perfect. No splits, no writing. Shipping insurance in required on this item. Good luck!!
GRADINGS
I have ten years of experience of selling vintage vinyl. I aim at selling top quality LPs only. Gradings are on the M/ EX/VG+/VG scale. I will rarely I sell LPs less than VG+, unless of considerable rarity.
MINT- is superb, almost like new. No marks, scratches, clicks, noise, or anything else.
EX is also VERY nice, 2-3 light marks perhaps, no disturbing noise, great sound quality.
VG+, a nice player, but probably has some visual impairments, and some clicks or light noise in places; always see the individual description.
VG: Rarely put of for sale, an ok copy, but always see the individual description.
PLAYGRADING
There's no guessing about condition from visual look. The visual look of a record is very important, but it only tells part of the truth. Therefore I playgrade and carefully check all my offered LPs.
SHIPPING
I ship in strong, brand new cruciform shipping boxes with padding inside. The boxes are slightly bigger than the normal LP-size, thereby providing good protection of corners and edges. I remove LPs from sleeves, in order to prevent seam-splits on transit. IF YOU HAVE INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS regarding shipping, I will always do my best to coorporate.
The shipping qoutes are for 'regular' LPs. If an LP is extra heavy and cannot be shipped at the normal rate I have made the note 'Heavy LP, ships at the price of 2'.
