Two different methods for track-listing. The cover lists titles A1 to B5, whereas labels list (a) to (i).
Matrix numbers are SHVL 804 A2 and SHVL 804 B2
'The Gramophone CO. LTD' is written at 10 O'clock around label edge.
Left side of gatefold sleeve sealed, with only right side opening.
Original black polythene die cut inner sleeve with white printed text stating two patent numbers bottom left (112555/1072844) and 'MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN' bottom right.
Please note the record comes without original posters and stickers.

Outer Sleeve: Excellent
Vinyl
Visual: Good- some noticeable scratch marks to inner regions of LP.
Play: Near Excellent - the record however plays very close to excellent without any jumps or skips whatsoever. There is minimal surface noise and distortion, with only a couple of light crackles between one or two tracks

Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition, with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items, such as the lyrics sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
