Description
One of the best sounding records ever (and undisputed best version of Dark Side). Original UK pressing, outer sleeve shows some wear on corners and some creasing on from the vinyl lines but overall in VG+ condition. Both original posters are included as pictured but no post cards. Posters have some tape or adhesive marks on back but posters themselves on front look fantastic.
Vinyl itself visually is VG, hairlines throughout and a few scratches but overall quite good. As noted below, no skips and minimal if any pops (nothing that stood out on a full listen). Spindle and labels look very good as pictures slow, but please inspect carefully given no returns.
Vinyl sound is VG to VG+ and in many spots bordering on VG++. It has background static and some crackle surface noise throughout but nothing overwhelming. In louder parts of songs you don’t notice background noise. Money sounds absolutely stunning and no skip as with many copies. There are no skips on either side, and very minimal pops. The background noise is most notable in quieter sections and songs, with some distortion common with this pressing. But overall it’s a very enjoyable listen for a 50 year old record. Just don’t expect perfection.
