As many collectors already know the story goes the band originally released the album with this solid blue triangle design, then it was quickly realised that the tracklisting was obscured at which point it was withdrawn & a repress was made with new label design, the centre was now black which showed up the silver lettering of the track titles making the first `Solid Blue Triangle` press the collectable and rare version which is why they will continue to rise in value

Vinyl: (EX) Under standard lighting Looks unmarked with no feelable scratches - on closer inspection under Bright Halogen Spotlights I can see some sleeve removal marks - Played it through a couple of times, it had some light crackle that improved on play (40+ years old), but a Nice copy of this rare LP
Inserts: Brown and yellow graphics stickers with "FasPrint on the back. Both EX+, Blue pyramid Poster (EX), A six-pane group in landscape style with "SHVL 804" in the bottom right corner. (EX)Sleeve: (VG+) This is the Original `Garrod & Lofthouse` issue with the left hand opening of the gatefold cover sealed with a fold over flap that is glued inside. It has the Blue/Black tint, It has some edge wear to the extent that the record has knifed through 1" on top edge, hardly any ringwear which is unusual for this sleeve (see photos for best overview) Labels: - spindle lines show a fair amount of play Post/Packing: UK - £5.50, Europe - £8.50, World £11.50 * buy multiple items and save on postage
I use professionally made packers with card stiffeners & record removed from album cover
I use lots of photos to show as accurately as possible what you are getting (also I dont cut the corners of the record sleeve off the picture!!)
Gradings: I use the standard UK gradings as set out in Record Collector Magazine below:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Near Mint, EX+, VG+ etc are acceptable additions to help `fine tune` descriptions for the buyer
