Description

Artist: PINK FLOYD

Title: THE PIPER AT THE GATES OF DAWN

Up for auction is a Second Pressing on the Orange Tower Label released in 1967 - Syd Barrett Leads Pink Floyd on this original classic.  Roger also writes a couple songs here.

Cover:  Front cover is VG++ with Bright Colors, Back cover has slight ring wear.  There is a 1" seam split on bottom at opening.  Spine shows wear near top (see photo). Top seam shows some rubbing.  No writing, #2 cover.

Vinyl: Visually; VG++ with a few light superficial marks.  Spindle marks are present on the label

Playgraded:  Side 1 - Slight surface noise (sn) in dead wax, light sn in middle of track 2; last track dead quiet.  Side 2 plays NM minus with the exclusion of track 3 having slightest amount of sn.  Overall a real nice listening copy, possibly the last copy you'll need without spending a fortune.

MATRIX INFO IN DEADWAX: Side 1: ST1-5093-B2 Side 2:  ST2-5093-A1 with the IAM Triangle

All records are shipped via USPS Media Mail and packaged with care in a new, sturdy LP Mailer. If the album is used/opened, I will remove the vinyl from the cover to prevent seam splits during shipping.

All records are playgraded on a Rega RP3 turntable with Exact2 Cartridge unless otherwise noted, or if the album is sealed.
