Back cover includes title, credits, and song listing. Catalog number in upper right corner - Un-laminated.
The outer sleeve is nice, intact ; there is a bit of wear and light creasing / handling wear - see pics
The original HARVEST advertising inner sleeve is in lovely order
Vinyl has a few signs of use , light marks only though, and it plays through with crackle here and there , noticeable mainly between tracks. SEE PHOTOS AND LISTEN TO/WATCH THE VIDEO CLIP
No jumps or loud pops so still a very good listen.  
A lovely copy in great condition generally and rare with the original short lived 1st sleeve
