Description
Pink Floyd: The Piper at the Gates of Dawn - a lovely UK stereo vinyl pressing of the band's amazing debut album on the one-EMI box Columbia label with beautiful flipback sleeve.
A lovely thick slab of vinyl with 1/1 matrices and 1/1mother stampers denoting a very early pressing which could just as easily have been issued with the first press blue/black Columbia labels.
The matrices are YAX 3419 - 1 and YAX 3420 - 1 and the mother stampers are 1 - GA and 1 - GA, denoting an incredibly early pressing.
Lovely EX vinyl with only a couple of the lightest traces of spindle marks and lovely shiny black vinyl with hardly any marks apparent when critically examined under harsh halogen lighting.
The disc is contained within a pristine unsplit pink-tinged advertising inner.
The front laminated single flipback sleeve is in lovely EX condition with just a little light creasing and a gorgeous unsoiled white unlaminated rear panel.
Good luck if you are bidding. I carefully package all rare vinyl with the disc removed from the sleeve to eliminate 'knifing' during transit. Please check out my other high quality original UK vinyl offerings.
