So, after five decades of collecting vinyl and Hi-Fi, the time has finally come to downsize. Over the next few months, with great reluctance, I will be gradually selling off my treasured collection of records, cds and hi-fi equipment. It will take a while !!! For instant sale is an overall excellent condition copy of the 1994 UK FIRST PRESSING of the 'THE DIVISION BELL' album by PINK FLOYD. A genuine first pressing, it has the matrix numbers A-2-2-1 and B-1-1-1 in the runout grooves. The sleeve is in superb condition with hardly any wear at all and the spine is sharp, clear and fully readable. The printed inner is in overall excellent condition with no writing on it. However, there is a 'split' along the bottom edge where the album has rubbed through. This can be seen in photos 9 and 10. Please study all the photos carefully to see the condition for yourself. The labels are in excellent condition with hardly any 'spindle trails'. The record is also in mainly excellent condition and plays superbly on my system with only occasional surface noise ('crackle'). However, on side 1, there are also a few 'clicks' and other noises at the start of the last 2 tracks. However, they are not too obtrusive and when the music kicks in they are not really noticeable. The album will be wrapped in bubblewrap before posting to ensure that it does not get damaged on its journey. I will dispatch it in a proper record mailer and will post within one working day of purchase by First Class 'signed for' post so that it gets on its way to you as soon as possible. This also has the advantage of compensation if the album goes missing and also allows you to track the parcel.
