PINK FLOYD THE PIPER AT THE GATES OF DAWN COLUMBIA 1967 MONO SX6157 1st PRESS
XAX 3419-2 H1 XAX 3420-1 L1

Overall this is an absolutely superb early copy that weighs in at a massive 159g! 
VINYL: The vinyl itself has a lovely bright sheen with some surface marks/light scratches, of which none affect play. I'm pleased to say it plays through without any skips or sticks. There is some crackle as to be expected with a record this age, however nothing which over powers the music - the brilliant warm mono punch comes through. This is thick, heavy vinyl with early mother/stampers and really is the best sounding version of this album. Overall I'd properly grade this as a strong VG. 
SLEEVE: The sleeve is again superb! Bright, glossy laminate with only a few light creases which, as you can see from the pics, are only really visible in bright light. "File under.." text top right, stereo cat no. The back is fantastic condition for its age; minimal age related wear. Spine perfect. No writing, rips, splits or anything else horrible! This should grade EX but I'll conservatively grade VG+
INNER SLEEVE: Isn't the version with advertisements but looks like an original VG+ - see pics for yourself. I've also included a free, brand-new plain white inner.
LABELS: Again matching the mother/stampers, the labels are the earliest variation before the font changed to Arial. They show some light wear, but nothing bad. Overall VG+
Will be sent tracked/signed/insured hence delivery price. Packaged properly with record outside of jacket in a brand new PVC sleeve.
