This album has NEVER been available on legitimate Compact Disc or in any other way, manner or format.
After Columbia/CBS secured worldwide release rights to Pink Floyd following the release of The Dark Side of the Moon, Harvest/Capitol/EMI only had Europe left and so they released A Nice Pair and a Syd Barrett twofer. Then they followed it up with this incredibly rare sampler (Tour ’75) to keep up Radio Play of EMI PRODUCT and to compete with the newer Columbia recordings (such as Wish You Were Here). Alas, the sampler didn’t even become a speck on the radar before it disappeared without a trace. Not even some of the hardcore Pink Floyd collectors know that it exists, and many actually believe it is a bootleg – WHICH IT DEFINITELY ISN’T – THIS IS A PERFECTLY LEGITIMATE, OFFICIAL RELEASE – because of its bland, generic, practically non-existent artwork
The WHITE LABEL PROMO, RADIO STATION-, AUDITION OR DEMONSTRATION COPIES AND RELEASES (such as the one we have here) were routinely distributed among the radio stations before the LP was released to the public, sometimes as much as 4 months ahead. These records are generally considered to be the "first among equals", which is to say the VERY FIRST generation and the VERY FIRST pressings of the particular title – a moot point in this case as this album was never commercially released to begin with.
