Matrix : SHVL 814 A-1 / B-3
This UK 1st press is on the original custom Harvest label. It is complete with the very early A-1/B-3 matrix, the earliest serrated edge postcard, the original die-cut 3 corner inner sleeve and the sleeve is still in the original black shrinkwrap.
The vinyl is in Excellent condition. It has a sensational high gloss, with just a couple of very light marks and a few extremely light wispy hairlines. The Harvest label is in superb Excellent condition. The colours are bold and the whole label is completely clean. The text is is sharp and there is only the slightest spindle wear.
The sound quality is Excellent. This album is always a little noisy and there is faint background noise but there is still excellent audio separation and it is extremely clear. It still has the original warm, rich 1970's vinyl sound.
The postcard is in Excellent condition. There is the slightest wear to the edges but that is all, it looks superb.
The printer 3 corner die-cut inner sleeve is in Near Mint condition. This is without doubt the finest sleeve we have seen. The white is extremely bright and the colours are vivid. The edges are solid and the whole sleeve is firm.
The black plastic covered sleeve is in Excellent condition. The plastic is still sealed at three edges and is very clean and complete with the original sticker. The white card sleeve has the slightest opening edge wear but from what can be seen it is otherwise perfect.
