Another pair of these highly collectable records from my personal collection. Received direct from the manufacturer and never played.
For sale are two superb un-played and mint copies of Pink Floyds iconic "Wish you were here" album. Both direct from the manufacturer.
The copies in question are both well recognised recent releases celebrating the 50th anniversary release of the original album in 1975.
The first example is Blood records release from December 12th 2025. These were released in a strictly limited edition of just 7500 copies worldwide, and sold out within a few hours of the pre-release statement. Pressed on multi-coloured vinyl, these are a treat on the eye as well as the high audio quality. This release was fully endorsed by Pink Floyd, so is not a pirated or bootleg album. The LP was never sealed by the manufacturer, Blood records. Each copy was hand numbered before being despatched to the lucky ones who got in quick enough once the release date was announced. This particular copy is hand numbered 3217 of 7500 and is in totally mint and un-played condition. I have 25 copies of this, so please rest assured, this has never seen a turntable in its short life and already a collectors item.
The second example is Bad records release of the same album, also released on December 12th 2025. Unlike the Blood records release, this is not numbered, but was also a very limited edition release. They opened a window of just 72 hours for buyers to place an order. As soon as they had pressed the amount of copies ordered, they closed the window. This is an absolute heavyweight of a vinyl. Bad records have perfected the technique of sealing 2 vinyls together with a liquid filling in between. This has the effect of swirling around as the disc spins, more so in a warmer room. Very psychedelic, very 60's and 70's! I have tried to find out how many copies were actually pressed, but Bad records will not release that information. The vinyl, cover and inner sleeve are brand new perfect. The vinyl itself is mint, Un-played. I have 5 copies of this album, so please rest assured it has never seen a turntable either, just as the Blood records issue. Again, this is already a collectors item and is only going to get harder and harder to find.
So, 2 different very limited versions of the same album. Both unique in their own way, and 100% mint. A fabulous addition to ANY collection.
All I have done since I received the records from the manufacturer is to gently remove the vinyl from its inner sleeve (or in the case of the Bad records disc, a thick plastic envelope) and popped it into a brand new quality anti-static inner sleeve.
I will post overseas, although I have had issues in the past, particularly with Mexico and Russia. If I see bids from either of these, Belarus or Ukraine, I will cancel the bids. I have listed the price for UK postage only. If an overseas ebayer wants this, please be aware that I will be using Ebays "Global Shipping Programme". This is not a cheap option, but includes all taxies and duties along with full insurance for peace of mind. I DO NOT make anything on the postage. I charge the exact cost (often less) that I pay. I DO NOT charge for packing materials and I try to use recycled packing anyway. If the postage cost is less than my quoted figures, I will refund the excess as soon as I have the exact price. I also dress all my albums in a brand new heavyweight plastic cover and a brand new anti-static inner sleeve. All vinyl is packed outside of the cover and 2 stiffeners are used in transit. I have sold many valuable vinyls over the years and am often credited with Fort Knox style packing. Please bid with peace of mind that what you see and read in this listing is exactly what you will get. My feedback should speak for itself, but please read the comments!
