Description
Here is a near-mint copy of the elusive white vinyl official 1988 pressing of Prince's Black Album. Each copy of this pressing was individually numbered from 1 to 300 on the A-side label with a gold foil stamp; this copy is #048. It's complete with the original white cover, which is printed on the spine (see pics #3 and #8 above). The Side 1 matrix reads as follows: 1-45793-A L-43639. The Side 2 matrix reads: 1-45793-B L-43639-X. The vinyl is M- without any discernible wear. The cover is also M- with just a bare touch of normal shelf wear visible on close inspection. Directly from the collection of a former LA music industry executive.
