This is an unplayed, new PRINCE 12 inch USA PROMOTIONAL-ONLY single showcasing 2 different versions of the song Scandalous: 1 - Edit versions 4 mins 12 secs; 2 - Album version 6 mins 15 secs.

It was issued in the USA in 1989 in a very limited Promo edition only. This unique item was never available to the public, nor sold in stores. The record (never played) is new, in mint condition.
