on the forte records label, catalog # FS 301, stereo pressing, from 1968.   12 tracks, all originals.  killer original private press of this tough to find michigan pop psych/garage lp......easily one of the best private press records in the genre.

cover is G, with obvious tear(s), moderate seam wear, small corner dent in upper left corner, and some light creases....back cover has old price sticker, some sticker residue and a couple light creases as well.....bummer.   see photos.   vinyl is visually a solid VG, with numerous light paper scuffs, and a few marks as well.   plays as follows:   side one plays with little or no background noise, very nice.   side two has a few more light marks than side one, and plays with a bit more light background noise, and with occasional light clicks in a couple spots...also, about half way through last track there is a mark that, while on two of my turntables played with a few clicks, on another it caused a repeating skip.....so, not sure what it will do on your turntable.....so, sorry folks, no returns on this one.    vinyl has been cleaned on a VPI.   

all things aside, this is a truly rare lp, so there is a modest reserve on this one....overall it is a very good listen....if it doesn't meet reserve i'll be happy to keep it.   please check my other auctions for more private press goodies, along with some other rarities.....all kinds of stuff this week, buy a bunch & save on shipping......or better yet, use the buy it now option & get FREE SHIPPING.

i cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur during shipping.   i pack my items in dedicated record mailers, with cardboard inserts on BOTH sides of record, with the record outside of cover to prevent seam splits.   i've been shipping records in this fashion for over ten years now.....i know what i'm doing.   please inquire about insurance, as that is the only way to protect yourself from damage caused by the post office.

quick note to future buyers:   if you have a question, please ask it BEFORE you buy the record, don't assume details without confirming with me, it will save us both the headaches.   also, for those of you overseas.......tracking for an item shipped overseas is NOT a cheap option, it starts at about $40.00 for an lp.   if you are willing to pay that, great.   if not, don't assume that there is an affordable way for me to do that, or that it's an option with regular first class mail....because it isn't.   if you need to see the package through from my house to your house, the cost starts at $40.00 to certain destinations, and goes up from there.   a very secure way of shipping, but not trackable, is registered mail.   that being said.......

i have to state that i will ship for $4.00 according to new ebay rules, but i do not like to use media rate, or first class domestic either....both take far too long, and items have sometimes gone missing as well.   if you absolutely have to save $3.00 on shipping, then that is what you'll get, media rate for $4.00, including delivery confirmation....to me, as a seller (and a buyer, for that matter) it takes too long, and i end up with too many questions ( 'where is my record?'   'when did you ship it?'  etc, etc).   i strongly urge you to use priority......you can avoid a heavy box of books being placed on your fragile record, and you'll get it so much faster.    i prefer you use priority shipping with the US, and the cost is $8.00, including delivery confirmation.   first class airmail shipping to CANADA is $8.00.   first class airmail shipping to MOST OF EUROPE, JAPAN & AUSTRALIA is $15.00.....however, this one will be more than $100.00 so.......registered airmail shipping is $25.00 worldwide, and is required on all shipments to both ITALY and FRANCE, and after package value reaches $100.00 or more.   I DO NOT SHIP to SOUTH AMERICA, MEXICO, or ISRAEL at this time, NO EXCEPTIONS.   i will gladly combine items to save on shipping, i try not to make ANY money on shipping costs, i typically lose money honestly.   payment is expected within 7 days of auction end.   thanks for looking, and good luck.
