'Metal Box'
on very rare original UK 1st pressing 3xLP in stickered metal embossed film can with round paper inserts & paper labels & insert & a folded A3 xerox of the lyric advertisment from 1979
released on Virgin Records METAL1 in 1979
The condition of the records are excellent - ( has a couple of light hairlines but plays through fine ) .
The tin overall is in great condition for it's age. This copy has mild tarnishing / oxidisation and is a lot better than most of the copies that I have seen. The inside still has the shine of when new & the sticker on the reverse is intact. With a little elbow grease and a spot of polish it could possibly look even better.
The inner lp inserts are excellent.
The tracklisting insert is in excellent condition .
The labels are clean with a couple of very light spindle marks.
An excellent example of this iconic Post Punk masterpeice !
