Description
Extremely rare. Original first pressing in white thick paper fold-out sleeve, and pressed on private mini-punk label “Riverside” in 1980 (catalogue number RIVER 1). Complete with black rubber-stamp on plain white label (see scan). 2 tracks, 2 classics. Here it is, one of the most wanted DIY punk 7” from the UK. Both tracks sound similar to early SCRITTI POLITTI without losing their own style. Your record collection will be that much richer for this addition. The classic A-sider “100 Pounds In 15 Minutes” is an absolute brilliant DIY punk soundalike, topped with gnarly guitar grind riffs and “loud” vocals. The fantastic flip is “Making It” and is a fine minimal/primitive DIY punker with hot & anti-commercial guitar riff-raves. I guess only a few hundred of their only 7” release exist. The cover and the vinyl are still in excellent condition. Please note: there are also two soft sticker stains on front of the folder sleeve (not a big deal).
