Pete Rock & CL Smooth // The Main Ingredient // 1994 2x Vinyl Album OG Pressing w Insert
Former live and radio DJ selling some old vinyl. I acquired this piece over 30 years ago.
I may have played this LP in the mid-1990s, but as a DJ I mostly worked with 12" singles so this LP would not have seen much use. It has not been played since that period.
For a time this LP was stored in a musty basement so the paper has a slight musty odor when held to nose--like the candy dish at your grandma's house.
The plastic wrap that is still on most of the cover is original to the record. The teaser sticker, also original to the packaging, is on the plastic wrap, not the cover itself.
I am not a vinyl collector, just an old retired DJ. So I am not an experienced grader. Please check out the pictures and let me know if you have questions.
Just trying to find a new home for this notable release by an historic duo who were respected for bringing a sound like none other. Thanks for reading.
