Description
Here is a very nice copy of the rare collector's item: The Phantasm Soundtrack LP with music by Fred Myrow and Malcolm Seagrave. I came across this in a record store recently and it would have been my best find ever, but I already have one in similar condition. The cover on this one shows some wear on the sides and corners (see photo) but these are NOT tears, the front and back look terrific; only some rubbing on the front (again, see photos). The record itself is in collectable condition, remarkably clean, and won't just sit on your shelf. There are no scratches, no pops or cracks. Minor surface noise as expected for a vinyl of this age. High audiophile quality as expected from the Varese Sarabande catalog.
I've included a link to the Main Title (Track 1) from this very vinyl below. This is a direct rip with flat EQ and no enhancements, recorded from the headphone jack of a vintage Marantz phono amp and a sensitive, high-quality turntable. You can even hear the needle drop. This entire record sounds as good or better. You can bid with confidence. I think you'll be pleased.
