This Is A Promo White Label Copy, So Japanese Word "Sample" are Printed on Both Label.
Disc is EX, Sleeve is VG Plus (It Has A Tear on Top and Mend by Tape Like The Photo 4 and 5), OBI Strip Has A Fold Spot on Center.
