The labels The original 2nd UK Stereo issue . Labels are matte finish with no K-T Tax Code Stamp , the hole is perfectly round. Labels look Immaculate!
The vinyl is absolutely superb! On initial visual inspection this looks flawless and still retains its sheen from new! . This has been stored in a case with the vinyl separated from the sleeve and cover to prevent ring ware and damage and will be posted in the same manner with a extra protective paper sleeve from my Own Pink Floyd Collection Of which I will be posting more fantastic rare Albums for sale within the next coming Week so look back for more Rare Records .
The Audio Quality
Played through track for track prior to listing at very loud volume on a top system! The audio quality is as you would expect of a vinyl in nr mint Condition clear and extremely vibrant through out in fact this plays truly superb over 49 years old. Please note: This played through superb unbelievable audio separation, Even in between tracks this was generally lovely and quiet with just a hint of background static. This vinyl has been stored with a paper sleeve separated from original lyric inner. From My Private Collection The vibrancy of the audio on this pressing in my opinion is almost as good as it gets for this 2nd pressing , lies nice and flat heavy well pressed variation with no warp ! I would class myself as highly critical and this is a truly exceptional sounding vinyl I would grade the audio unplayed for the most part!
Please note! disclaimer ! Please allow for the odd isolated static/ /tick/pop that may be heard in quiet places or in between tracks, certainly not consistent throughout the audio. This is a genuine,vintage vinyl
Points to note! Before Playing A build up of dirt and dust in the grooves from laying dormant causes static crackle\ticks! A constant clean before each play is recommended ! This would reduce any static and enhance the audio quality!

The original Flip Back Cover/ File Under POPULAR: Pop Groups Note These cover very difficult to keep in good condition and being primarily due to the laminate lifting, ring wear , these very prone to creasing and rubbing, just a couple of signs but nothing detracting from appearance except owner pen mark on rear ( see photos). There are no splits or tears , bumps to corners see photos. Note: There are (no) real nasty creases. Just light crease lines , very light entrance wear . The spine is generally lovely and square with writing eligible would have been a truly fantastic cover if not for blue felt ink. I would grade the cover at V.G + .

Front Cover: Kaleidoscope picture of the band with "PINK FLOYD" at bottom. EMI logo in upper left corner. Laminated flipback cover.
Back Cover: At top foldover of back cover it says "File under POPULAR : Pop Groups." At bottom foldover of back cover it says "6709 TPS Printed and made by Ernest J. Day & Co. Ltd., London SX 6157 / SCX 6157."
Inner Sleeve: [front] [back] Reddish brown printing on cream colored paper. On the front side is the EMI logo at the top center, with "Add these outstanding LPs to your collection" at the top, 16 LP covers pictured in the middle including The Beatles-Sgt. Peppers, and "Remember-the new Emitex cleans and preserves your records," and "Patents applied for" at the bottom. On the back side is the EMI logo at the top center, with " - the greatest recording organization in the world" at the top, 16 LP covers pictured in the middle including Pink Floyd-Piper at the Gates of Dawn, and "E.M.I. Labels: Black Columbia labels with silver text, white EMI logo in small rectangle at bottom, and white "Columbia" in large rectangle with lines on each side at top. The letters "KT," which was a tax stamp, do not appear on this issue.
