Pink Floyd Dark Side Of The Moon LP UK Original Late 1974 [Ex/Vg+] Sweet ****

Description

An original 1974 copy - Matrix A4/B3. Lovely heavy-set early pressing - means you have deep grooves and are not far from those pristine masters. Hard not to see why these copies are so sought after. The vinyl comes housed in an original substantial gatefold cover - unlike later flimsy replicas. There's a replica black inner finishing off the aesthetic and a generic white original from he time. No posters - but both stickers are present.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In great condition and has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of slightest marks per side - nothing heavy or troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback....with slightest deviation in one spots per side. Intros and inbetweens are nice and clean and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. The first sign you're onto something enticing is when you hear those initial heartbeats with a clean background...that's unusual. And this example is managing, predominantly a very nice clean and assured delivery. Packed with clean analogue goodness. This badboy is locked and loaded. Expect nothing more than fainest presence noticable in one brief passage per side. This record is  acing it. High class and dificult to put down!
Cover (Vg+) Really well preserved. Front looks really good with only slight handling signs. The rear is looking good too. Some slight edge wear in places - and has been tidied up with sharpie. But it is looking pretty darn tidy. The interior is looking superb. Spine is above average. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex) Brand New - replica!
