Pink Floyd – Dark Side of the Moon Solid Blue Prism Mis-Press First pressing LP
Amazing copy of this legendary album that features the Solid Blue Prism Triangle and first issue cover with Blue Tinge and unique construction.
What makes this even rarer is that the sought after label is mis-pressed and off centre by about 10mm, it does not affect the play in any way and only adds to the rarity.
Gatefold Sleeve.
First issue Gatefold sleeve Blue Tinge sleeve and unique Construction. First issue sleeves are unique, as you open the gatefold sleeve the left hand panel is for the most part cut to size and the edges where the opening should be are glued together, on the first issues they took the time to neatly fold the sleeve in on itself to make a neater finish. The sleeve is in fantastic condition with a strong and solid spine, there is a slight scuff to the top of the sleeve but it hardly notices, the sleeve is in near mint condition
Inner Sleeve.
· First issue Poly Lined Black inner sleeve with printing the same colour as the blue prosm itself, the sleeve does not have any seam splits and is in excellent condition.
Vinyl - Audio.
The record plays very well with no obtrusive clicks or pops, the run in on side one is nearly silent with the heart beat easily heard at its faintest. The record then goes on to play as well as any DSOTM I have heard, it is a credit to its original owner. It is unusual to get such a great album that plays so well, you will not be disappointed.
