You are looking at Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd on 12" Vinyl - Harvest Records
I believe this is a 1977 UK Pressing which comes in a gatefold sleeve cover with its original two posters and two stickers
Run out side 1 is stamped "SHVL 804 A-10 .1> HARRY 2" Run out side 2 is stamped "SHVL 804 B-9 E r > HTM O"
Other features, such as the logos and text at the inner spread, bottom left having blue colour, the text around the rim of the label and the way the tracks are listed on the sleeve and the label suggest that it's this version - although the run outs don't completely match

I have played the first track of each side and describe the condition as somewhere above "Good" but not quite to the standard of "Very Good"
"Good" is defined as:
"The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches."
"Very Good" is defined as:
"The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch"
The majority of what I played was probably up to the "Very Good" standard but not all, hence my grading.
Cover is "Good", defined as:
"The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc"
The spine has some damage to it, which has been sellotaped up, but the rest of the cover is decent enough - no split corners.
The inside cover is, I think, original and in pretty good shape
The posters look in great shape and have never been blu-tacked or pinned to a wall - I suspect they've lived their entire life inside the album sleeve.
Likewise, the stickers still have their backs on - they have a little creasing to them from storage but nothing else wrong with them.
