Description

I started collecting records (or music) in the late 70’s

I was one of those daft completest, something we all know is almost impossible to achieve, as such I would buy more than 1 copy of some items in the hope I could swap or trade for items I didn’t have by the same artist, so many have never been played!

I had so many bands and acts I followed that I never wore anything out.

I am going to start releasing my collection.

Many of my listings will be the tip of the iceberg of my collection, email if there is something in particular you are looking for by the same artist.

 

Condition

This one: Sleeve (Offset France) has shelf ware - see pics

Vinyl looks good and is very good, plays all way through, some surface noise here and there, no major defects

After obtaining a 45 or LP I would clean, play and grade:

I would pencil any problems or issues on the inside of the sleeve or inner sleeve before putting them into my collection at time of purchase.

Played on a Trio deck - I had (have) a selection of cartridges and styluses depending on tracking weight I needed.

Grades based on the Record Collectors grading scale.

Payment

I prefer BACS (online bank transfer, as this doesn’t cost either of us anything) I do accept checks (remember them) and paypal. If you wish to collect items from me I will also accept cash WITH 2 conditions, a 20% deposit paid before you come and collect and no haggling once you’re here, I will leave appropriate feedback.

 

P&P

I wrap and pack items as I would want to receive them. Packing is in card, foam (the sort they use for wooden floor underlay) and or bubble wrap. Posting will be from a post office or via courier (if available to your address) Items sent standard post with proof of posting. Signed for (tracking) can be done at your request & cost (agreed before payment)

I will combine packing for overseas, I can for UK but this does not always help with costs.
