This item comes from a smoke-free home.
I am not a professional grader, and I grade by eye.  All sealed records will be graded as mint/mint unless there is obvious damage/wear to the cover/sleeve, which will be noted above and pictured. 
I am very careful about packaging.  If the record is sealed, I add cushioning and use a mailer designed for records.  If the record is open, I carefully remove the disc and place it in a plastic sleeve  I pack the disc, outer sleeve and any inner sleeves and/or inserts separately within a plastic protective outer sleeve which is tape sealed.  I then add cushioning and, again, use a mailer designed for shipping phonograph records.
All sales are final.  Payment should be made by PayPal within three days of the auction close. 
Shipping quoted is USPS media mail.  If expedited shipping is required, it can be arranged for additional cost. Please let me know this at the close of the auction and before paying so an adjusted invoice can be sent. International shipments will be handled by e-Bay's Global Shipping Program and appropriate costs will be added to the domestic shipping costs at checkout.
