This Is Promo White Label Copy, Japanese Word "Sample" are Printed on Both Labels.
Disc is EX Minus, Sleeve is VG Plus (It Has A 9.5 cm Center Bottom Split and Having Light Brown Marks Like Listed Photos), OBI Strip Has A Short Tear on Top Part.
