Please Please Me by the Beatles.

PMC 1202

XEX 421 1N/422 1N

UK mono fourth pressing to the best of my knowledge.

Firstly, the record:

Visually both labels show some forgivable spindle marks & there are a couple of surface scratches on either side but it's generally been looked after well & looks like a nice copy.

It's a bit dull so would benefit from a professional clean.

I've play tested it & it sounds great with pretty quiet run ins & no significant deterioration in sound quality.

Secondly, the sleeve:

G & L flipback version.

I would say a grade above the record.

Clean, strong & unmolested. The pictures tell a thousand words. A couple of minor imperfections on the back but the colours on the front are vibrant, the corners & spine are sharp & it would look handsome in any collection.

It comes with a clean emitex inner.

A nice copy & a sound investment at a good starting price.
