Description
Will post worldwide, for multiple purchases 50% discount on postage will be given for each extra LP.
This very rare privately pressed UK folk LP is by the UK folk group Plexus and is titled "life up the creek".
From 1979 it was issued on the Hill & Dale label with catalogue number HD004.
It comes in a fold out single sheet "proof" cover.
Plexus were Andy Speechley on guitar and lead vocals, Nicky Wright on keyboards, mandolin, guitar and vocals, Paul Sax on fiddle, percussion and vocals.
Backing also includes Martin Allcock from Fairport Convention on fretless bass and guitar and Phil Murray on acoustic bass.
It was recorded just down the road from me at Bill Leader's Studio in Greetland West Yorkshire.
The disc is in excellent condition.
