You are looking at a rare and highly sought after release from the german pioneering band Popol Vuh. This is the 1st release by this legendary band and its 1 of only 2 LPs that the leader Florian Fricke is heard playing the Moog And this is also one of if not the 1st instances of the moog to appear on LP. This LP is a particularly collectable release. Beautiful cover art and quite AMAZING music from one of the most interesting bands of this particular genre. The LP dates from 1970 or 1971 at the latest which is very early for the moog. The band went on to release many very beautiful records and many soundtracks as well. Florian Fricke's compositions are most unique and original, both in style and authentic and inspired spirituality. He is also held in high regard for his compositions and his LPs, particularly the 1st two are legendary.
