Description

PENTECOSTAL-328 Elder R.C. Lawson with Refugee Church of Christ Orchestra “Jesus Will Go Through With Thee”/”All Alone” in clean E- condition.  Judging from the label design and matrix impression, this was probably pressed in very small quantities for ARC in the early 1930s (31 or 32) like some JEWELS of the Dixie Ramblers and other self-sold recordings like Elder Golden P. Harris on MELOTONE. A very rare pre-war black gospel record that is not listed in Dixon-Godrich-Rye.
