Vinyl: EX to EX+ condition. No marks or hairlines visible with the naked eye. Under an angled light, very minor paper scuff lines can be seen, these are only few and many sellers would pass this of as NM. Psych/Prog from the Golden Era is now very very hard to track down, even in England and I have to cover many a mile to get to some. The amount of collectors of quality prog is only increasing year on year, making it harder to find gems like this one.

Progressive delight!!!

I have played this album in FULL> it plays absolutely faultless, NO skips, NO jumps, NO pops and ... Hardly any static crackle!!!! The audio is breathtakingly sublime!!!! Only some static between tracks, very minimal!! Any vinyl always has this. This album in this fantastic condition rarely ever comes up for sale and in my opinion it will be IMPOSSIBLE to better this. As such it is the ultimate KEEPER/VAULT copy and a mighty good investment!!! Only a mere few thousand ever sold of this album, incredibly hard to get hold of. Most of these are now safely tucked away in major prog/psych collections around the world, this is a very rare opportunity to acquire this glorious PSYCH/PROG album.

The gatefold sleeve is likewise PHENOMENAL!!! ABSOLUTELY MINIMAL SCUFFING ON THE EDGES!!! The spine is sublime and fully legible. Some minimal creasing only, the largest to the back bottom left corner, see pic. Slight ringwear to the back. The inside gatefold is EX+ witout any marks or writing. This album would do any serious prog collector proud.

This beautiful glossy slab of vinyl is pure quality!!!!! There is NO EMI box, the matrix number on side 2 was crossed out and re-stamped, this indicates the very first press with "G" stamper at 9 0'clock, one of the VERY FIRST BATCH!!!!The vinyl has that beautiful glossy sheen and I played it all the way through, it sounds STUNNING !!!! Re-issues do just not measure up to the depth of the sound. This is just awesome!!! NO jumps, NO pops and NO skips. NO background crackle!!!! This album is playgraded on a Linn Sondek/ Rotel/ B&W set-up. The audio is simply MINDBLOWING!!!! It would be a very tough task to still upgrade from this copy. It has to be the very best one available!!!!

The gatefold sleeve is the correct textured one. I have attempted to do some close-up shots on the edges just to reflect the excellent condition of this album. THIS COPY HAS THE VERY FIRST SLEEVE WITH ALL CORRECT FEATURES!!!!!!!!

I'm playing this for a second time as I am writing this, can't just tear myself away, a veritable masterpiece like SF Sorrow!!! In my opinion it will be hard to find a better copy than this!!!! It's only the second I have come across in the last two years and believe me I have been in many places in Britain and know where to look. THIS IS A REAL RARE OPPORTUNITY. ONCE IT'S GONE, IT'S GONE!!
