This has been in my collection since receiving it as a promo item.
It's just been in a plastic sleeve sitting in the Prince collection.These were sent out to record stores and other promotional outlets ONLY and were NEVER available for sale to the general public. Very RARE and most certainly not to be re-issued.
The cover labels/stickers have some VERY slight wear (pictured) which came to me that way from shipping. Look closely at the top right corner of the cover. There is a scuff mark on it. Other than that cover looks great. Ser # 4521
