Description

Offered for sale is an original copy of Propinquity, a rare hippie folk LP out of Boulder, Colorado on Owl Records. INCLUDES RARE LYRIC INSERT AND OWL COMPANY INNER SLEEVE. This rare psych album gets a positive review from the great Acid Archives and is featured in Hans Pokora's Record Collector Dreams. See detailed pictures for additional description. Grading: LP is nice glossy VG with a some light scratches and light marks - nothing serious. Labels are VG+ with some label marks. One side of the label has small initials written by a previous owner. Cover s VG with pictured edge-wear and light ring-wear and a corner crease. Lyric insert is nice VG+ with minor wear and company sleeve is VG with some tearing.

Cleaned on a VPI record cleaning machine.
