Description

Fantastic find!  This is Propinquity on Owl Records (OWL-23) from 1972.  This private press folk / psych album out of Boulder, Colorado is quite hard to find and well sought after.  I've seen previous copies of this disc go for anywhere from $100 to around $225.  However, those discs were of lesser grade than this copy.  This one is STILL SEALED and unplayed!  Still in its original cellophane outer wrap.  Wrap does have numerous small tears and edge opening is still about 30% sealed.  I tried to take pictures of the opening edge so you can see what I mean.  The record has never been removed and is assumed to be pristine with any inserts.  Propinquity consisted of Jeff Harper, Pat Hubbard, Mel Stonebraker, Carla Sciaky and Jason Potter.  Tracks are as follows:
