Title: The Visit. One of the best and most obscure and very rare psych LP:s from LA at the time.

Condition (cover/record):VG+/NM
Description, record: All four sides are NM.
Cover: Ring wear on front cover, just a little r w on back cover. Seams a little worn, upper front seam has a 5 cm split at the opening side. Back seam is almost intact. Most of the letters on back cover are a bit blurred (mispressed?).
THE GRADING SYSTEM
Mint: The record is in brand new condition. The cover and any extra items are in perfect condition.
Excellent: The item shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover might have some slight wear or creasing.
Very good: The record has apparently been played many times, but displays no major lack in sound quality, despite marks and some light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable.
