Puccini Madama Butterfly Santini UK HMV ASD 373
Victoria de los Angeles, Jussi Bjorling and others with the Rome Opera House Orchestra and Chorus conducted by Gabriele Santini perform Puccini’s Madama Butterfly". A three record set, this is an English stereo pressing on the HMV Label (ASD 373-375). The labels are cream with a gold border and stereophonic, plum lettering, Made on Great Britain, and a small shaded dog. The records are of as new appearance and play and sound superb with a minimum of surface noise. The burgandy coloured box has some very minor wear along the bottom and is in superb condition with libretto and cardboard and tissue inserts intact. Payment by credit card, cash, or Paypal is preferred –direct debit available to Australian buyers. Postage by economy air (7 to 10 days) to the U.S. or Asia is $14.50 - slightly more to Europe and elsewhere. Add $2.50 only for each additional record purchased from my auction.
