This is the

Quad LP

titled

"Music"

by

Carole King

(Ode Records QU-88013) (1972) (Quadraphonic / Stereo) 

It is not indicated anywhere; but I believe that this album uses the QS quadraphonic system since it mentions the Sansui decoder.

The record is free of any needle scratches, but you can see traces of where fingers have touched the vinyl. The jacket has light shelf wear with no splits, writing, cuts, or promo holes.   It comes with the original lyric insert and the very cool flap style inner sleeve that describes the instrument layout for quad.

It has been professionally cleaned on a VPI 27 Typhoon record cleaning machine, and then again on a KL Audio Ultrasonic record cleaning machine.
