QUEEN - A DAY AT THE RACES UK LP/VINYL - FIRST PRESSING - YAX 5245-1U / 5246-1U - 1976 GATEFOLD

First pressing.  Issued on EMI.  The catalogue number is EMTC 104, released in the UK in 1976.

Matrix numbers on the run-outs are:-    Side 1- YAX 5246-1U     Side 2-YAX 5246-1U

The record is in excellent condition with only a couple of very light marks which do not affect playback whatsoever.  A few 'pops' etc near the start of each side for a few seconds when it's quiet but plays through nice with no problems.  A little spindle hole wear to the artwork on side 1.  Fully tested.  The gatefold cover has general wear but is in good condition overall, no rips/tears etc.  The general wear is mostly to the edges of the sleeve and spine and towards the edges.  Please see photos as I have tried to caprture this as best I can, along with the image of the back sleeve which shows wear to the opening in the centre.  This is an unlaminated sleeve. The original inner sleeve is present and has all the lyrics and personnel details.  It is in superb condition, still looks new.

Item will be sent well packaged and the record will be housed in a white sleeve at the side of the original inner sleeve and at the side of the picture sleeve to avoid any damage to the cover on the way.  Then both into a poly sleeve and into a vinyl mailer with a stiffener.

I worked in record stores for almost 25 years and I am selling a lot of my collection.

Comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
