Description
This is an original copy of the "Special Disque en Couleur" - A Night At The Opera made in France by Pathe Marconi. It still retains its Pathe Marconi sticker as can be seen in the picture, not all copies have this.
The white vinyl is what really stands out here as for its age it really is in excellent condition. I haven't played it but visually I would grade it as near mint minus. The gatefold cover I would grade as VG++ as it does have some water marking and a little wear around the edges. However, it isn't serious and is very much in reasonable condition.
On the run off grooves is stamped "Blairs" as per many early pressings (of the UK release also) and the matrix numbers YAX 5063 EMTC 103 A1 and YAX 5064 EMTC 103 B1.
This is an excellent example of this rare white vinyl LP and especially the vinyl itself. More of a collectors item for its rarity than for playing I would say.
