Description
On offer here is a great copy of "A Night At The Opera". It is a very early pressing with matrix numbers YAX 5063-2 AND YAX 5064-2 with the famous Blair's etched into the dead wax. This is by far one of the best copies I have ever seen and the actual vinyl is the true star here. That's not to take away anything from the Garrod and Lofthouse gatefold cover as that is in excellent condition also. Being an early pressing the cover doesn't have the glossy sheen of later versions and of course has the famous embossed crest. This would be a great addition to any valued collection but as usual I'm starting at a low price.
The gatefold cover is in Ex+ condition (minimal wear on top right hand corner and a few light marks but overall is in great condition for 37 years old!)
The vinyl I would grade as Near Mint (under a bright light it looks superb, looks unplayed to be honest)
The picture sleeve is in Near Mint- condition.
