There are dents and creases on the corners and the corners are rounded on the four corners on the vinyl sleeve. The four corners also have white marks on the corners and there are other areas on the vinyl sleeve that has white marks. I took pictures of all four corners so please see the pictures. All four edges on the front and back are dented. On the front and back of the vinyl sleeve, the four corners have creases and they are rounded. The 4 corners on the front and back are not perfectly square and they have white showing and they are rounded and not perfectly square. On the front of the vinyl sleeve, the top right hand corner is creased. The vinyl is sealed and brand new! I do not consider this 100% mint. There are other areas of imperfections.
If this album is purchased on a Saturday after 9am pacific time, it will be shipped on Monday afternoon since the post office is closed on Sundays.
I do not have pets, I do not smoke and it has been kept in a cool climate indoors.
