 This is the very scarce 1995 UK EMI LIMITED EDITION pressed on WHITE VINYL with picture labels. Housed in a glossy gatefold picture sleeve complete with lyric inner and bonus set of three fold-out posters.

RECORD CONDITION

This is a FACTORY SEALED and hence immaculate MINT record with all contents obviously in the same condition. I have included here photographs of another, opened copy I own (also MINT by the way - if you’re interested in buying that one just contact me!) to show you the fabulous contents of this, the final Queen album.

ALBUM BACKGROUND

“Made in Heaven” is the fifteenth studio album by Queen and the final one to feature lead singer Freddie Mercury and bassist John Deacon, released on 6 November 1995. After Mercury's death in November 1991, Deacon, Roger Taylor and Brian May worked with vocals and piano parts that Mercury recorded before his death, along with newly recorded lyrics by the remaining band members. Both stages of recording, before and after Mercury's death, were completed at the band's studio in Montreux, Switzerland. On the video Champions of the World, May described these sessions with Mercury as such:

“          By the time we were recording these other tracks after Innuendo, we had had the discussions and we knew that we were totally on borrowed time because Freddie had been told that he would not make it to that point. I think our plan was to go in there whenever Freddie felt well enough, just to make as much use of him as much as possible, we basically lived in the studio for a while and when he would call and say, 'I can come in for a few hours', our plan was to just make as much use of him as we could, you know he told us, 'Get me to sing anything, write me anything and I will sing it and I will leave you as much as I possibly can.'      ”

So sad - it still brings a lump to my throat after all this time.

I have bought a lot of records over the years but never sold any of them until now. I have a great collection of records, many of them rare, and the reason I’m now selling is that I simply need to make some space as I wish to start a new phase of collecting other bands’ material.

So far, I have already sold my extensive Led Zeppelin collection privately to collectors and dealers and I now have my Queen collection to sell. I will be selling my rarer records through ebay and my remaining records to dealers as I simply don’t have the time to sell everything individually.

As you will see from my feedback I have never sold anything on E-Bay but you can see I have a 100% perfect record as a trusted and responsible buyer of 100s of records over the years. I am proud of this 100% reputation and I take it into my new phase as a seller.

I will always give my honest opinion when describing my records and opinion can always be disagreed with. However, I photograph my items extensively to back-up and illustrate my comments.
