Description

An original 1st press on custom EMI labels. Matrix 1/2 - this looks like the 1st commercially available cut. The vinyl comes housed in an original G&L gatefold cover. We also have the original bespoke inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In super condition and has only seen lightest use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of slightest marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback with one slight deviation. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with superb clarity. A nigh on perfect player - I don't recall ever witnessing better. Plays totally clean in the acoustic 'Who Needs You' and piano driven 'Melancholy'. Clean signalled throughout - it has clearly seen only light careful use. At worst a couple of crackles in a couple of spots per side. Highly recommended.
Cover (Ex) A really solid and smart looking original with clean surfaces. The interior is immaculate. Lovely solid openings with jut a touch of edge wear in the spot. Spine is in excellent order with all text fully legible - a small ding at the foot [no biggy]. A cracking original copy.
Inner (Ex/Ex+) No splits!!! I think that's tricky to find on this title. The paper is quite delicate - most would have split. Absolutely no signs of ageing or creasing.
