This is the authentic, genuine UK Interscope Records 2002 first pressing. This is not a reissue, not a bootleg, not a counterfeit copy/fake.
The genuine 1st UK release had the barcode number 606949347512 exactly like this copy.
Later UK releases had the barcode number 606949343514
An intermediate release exists, too: it had the barcode number 606949347512 covered with a sticker having the barcode number 606949343514

THIS IS ONE OF THE Queens of the Stone Age's RAREST LP EVER AND IT VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE. JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE: only copies barcoded 606949343514 are (very rarely...) available for sale.
COVER: the cover is in VG+ conditions: this very delicate and originally poor quality outer cover shows light corners wear and edges wear. The two correct and printed inner sleeves are in EX+ conditions: no splits at all.
RECORDS: both records are in EX conditions, side B having a long but light paper scuff.
LABELS: both labels are in NM conditions: these records are barely played.
