One of my favorite blues records. The guitar work on Mississippi River Blues is great as is the melody. This record is well played and would grade overall V-. The noise ends up being even with the music on A side with the B side being a bit better. Has a significant dig on A side (see photo) that remarkably plays thru without skipping and only about 3 'thumps'. Both sides play without skips and have no cracks or chips. Wear is mostly play wear and lots of light scuffs and scratches from years of storage without a sleeve. Not many deep scratches at all. Examine the photos for label condition. This will do very well until a better one comes along (which may not be very soon). Recorded in 1934. This one will be shipped Media Mail insured unless you want Priority. I grade as follows:
NM = Just this side of mint. 
E = Excellent. Virtually no trace of groove wear with only
minimal traces of use and handling.
E- = A shiny great looking record with a slight degree of groove wear,
but not enough to seriously detract from its audio quality.
VG+ = Obvious play wear, but still very enjoyable. Has some shine with minor surface scuffs and scratches. Noticeable
graying in the grooves. Light surface noise or crackle.
VG = Well worn, but listenable. Expect the surface
noise to be significant. There may be some stressed grooves.
V- = Been played hard. Played with the right equipment, however, you may still
derive a certain degree of pleasure from a record in this condition.
Poor = self explanatory.

I grade conservatively by E, E-, VG+, VG, VG-, Poor. These are play graded of a vintage Voice of Music record player with 78 stylus. I pack and ship 78 records professionally in a good sleeve, poly bagged, sandwiched between 6 pcs corrugated cardboard, bubble wrapped and placed in a new 12x12x6" box with peanuts. Insurance will be added for any orders over 20.00. Orders ship via Media Mail unless it is an expensive record or unless you request Priority and pay extra.
