We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Original 1967 first pressing by this hip crew into the soft dreamy psych grooved-sounds for head-people ...

The opener "Life Is A Dream" has an Arthur Lee And Love style within, a non-standard time signature and a vaguely Spanish feel. Thorinshield doesn't have the intuition for doom that Love did, but they caught the LOVE vibe here and that's to count for something. Another highlight is the psychedelic skirtchasing of "Daydreaming" -- it's pretty neat to hear the first flowering of psych touches - robust instrumentation, backwards effects popping up. A fun listen. All in all you'll surely find excellent late 60's soft psych with layered vocals. Original Philips records release so the vinyl is nice and thick, and jet black, just the way we all like it. "Brave New World" is probably the standout, sounding kinda like Five Day Week Strawpeople meets Magic Mixture BUT even more druggy: "I Don't Know, But I Feel So High I Could Almost Reach Up And Touch The Sky" sung without the slightest trace of irony. This stuff is not the usual hard psych/drug-rock but rather the beginning-of-1967 psychedelia innocence. Furthermore "The Best Of It" is winner, sounding like a certain groovy West Coast band on opium. Ace stuff, indeed. Oh, and the cover sets the scene with -- total mandala-early hippie stuff on the front, love beads and funny round granny glasses on back. Altogether, quite worth it if you are into flowerpop/sunshine.

CONDITION: The cover: Solid ...colorful ... M- still in factory shrink wrap  ...bits of cellophane missing, but NO wear anywhere to the cover underneath = there is a MINT/NEW black hippie art cover underneath ... only a tiny delete drill at top right, no bends, no delete marks, no writing and no split seams... collection worthy M- usually IF found has lots of shelf wear ...

The vinyl: clean and clear over both sides, M- looks great, plays fine without audio problems. Clean Philips labels too...
